Return and Replacement Policy

Nypsun does not offer any return or refund facility.

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet.

We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another Nypsun product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Nypsun will not be able to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to mail contact@nypsun.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, Nypsun reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Nypsun will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product.

 

Nypsun will provide a refund only if one is requested within 24 hr of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

  1. If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount(paid by customer) will be refunded back to the customer bank account automatically  within 15 working days.
  2. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
  3. Wrong product received.
  4. Manufacturing Defect and Damage with proof of damaged product pictures while unboxing video.
  5. Under 3. And 4.we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product 
  6. A refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product or if  a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.  

A product Buy at Nypsun will not be accepted for a replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of any defect-free product, physical damage or minor differences in shades, colors or sound quality.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchange is available for 7 days on defective items after receipt of the product. After that we will not do any exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nypsun.com and send your item to: Sector 74, Supertech Capetown, 201301 Noida UP, India.

Shipping

  1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  2. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  3. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or on National Holiday will be processed the next day.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Nypsun uses only reputable courier partners.
  5. While Nypsun attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  6. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
  7. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use tracking ID to track your order by visiting the website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  8. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  9. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  10. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  11. Please make unboxing video for claim received wrong/Defect products and empty box. 

Warranty

Warranty Starts from Date of Purchase Invoice.

Warranty does not cover any types of physical and liquid damage.

If any issue persist in product Within 72 hrs of receipt of order, our team will do free pickup from customer given address. After 72 hrs of receipt of order customer needs to bear courier delivery expenses. 

Warranty on Laptop Bags and Laptop Sleeves

All Nypsun Laptop Bags and Laptop Sleeves come with 90 Days warranty from the date of purchase invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing faults like stitching or hardware faults including zippers. Warranty does not apply on physical damage caused by unreasonable or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind.

Warranty on Cables, Chargers and wireless chargers

All Nypsun Charging Cables, Chargers and wireless chargers come with a 6 months warranty on technical and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover Physical and liquid damage of the product

How do I make a claim?
